STEPDESCRIPTION
1 Study the clock unit section in the Web Text.
2 Build your own clock device to generate 8 subcycles in LW4.
3 Try to find a proper flip-flop to act as the RUN flip-flop.
Although there are many types of flip-flops, it will require
a number of experiments to find a suitable RUN flip-flop.
4 Submit your successful clock unit (clock device and the RUN
flip-flop) in .cct file to: Dr. Hasegawa by January 23, 10:00pm
