  1. 4/16 Bit Decoder

    1. Thank you 3/8 bit decoder. This was really straightforward to build.

    2. I have a continuing problem with the decoder: When an undefined program line is entered, the whole unit enters an undefined state and from there everything starts producing X's. I suppose this is not entirely unexpected, but it would be nice for it to be able to recover or be aware of unused ROM/RAM and avoid reading from it.
